No sé si habéis hablado de sto ya. Me encantan estos bajos y acudo a su página y veo la tarifa de precios.

Bien, los made in Usa de precio altísimo.

Los made in Chequia, Euro Y Rebop ; algunos algo caros si los comparo con otras cosas.

Y la línea performer, ¿ De dónde son ?...

Indagando por los ciberstores alguno de estos van baratitos pero no sé quien se los fabrican ni donde ¿ Korea, China... ?

Merecen la pena o es tirar el dinero ?

Me lo comparan con los rockbass streamer !!!!! Y me ofrecen estos mejor. Y los Rockbass son duraderos ??? O no ??

Tengo muchas dudas. Echarme una mano.

Yo tuve un Performer (creo que son chinos) y en relación calidad-precio creo que van mejor que los rockbass. Lo mejor, la comodidad. Tienen un mueble más que aceptable para poder "tunearlo". Lo peor, la electrónica, unas EMG pasivas. OJO! Lo peor no significa malo. Unos bajos con mucha, mucha chicha.

Hola, yo acabo de pillarme un Spector Euro 4. Es un bicharraco, con las EMG activas, neck thru, arce AA, en lacado azul con el hardware dorado (a ver si me acostumbro) además es un longscale (35) ideal para afinar en D o en B. Yo, si fuera tú, ahorraba un poco más y me iba a por un Euro o un Rebop. Pasa de Rockbass, por un poco más de pasta tienes un Warwick Corvette Standard pasivo pero que suena que te cagas. O si no esperate a un Spector Euro.

Y por cierto, los made in Chequia son lo mejor en relación calidad precio. Te copio unas opiniones en inglés, si alguien no lo entiende que lo diga y se lo traduzco.

Euro 4LX is inherently a really bright sounding bass even with the alder body. With the active EMG's though, any kind of tone can be achieved. This thing sings! Unplugged, you can pluck a string and the bass resonates and does it almost indefinitely. This can be contributed to, in part, the neck through design, but more to the brass bridge and nut. I play mostly rock and some blues along with just messing around and this bass can get your sound anywhere you wish. The Tonepump is a really hot preamp and small, subtle changes are in order. This bass is suited for live performances as well as the recording studio. I'm playing this through a Crate BT-350 head via a SansAmp Bass Driver DI for a little bit of grit. A Hartke Transporter 2x10 and Ashdown MAG115 round out the chain. You don't need very much grit because this bass can get growly just by tweaking the controls.

I can't say what I play for a living in public, but I play Spector in the studio and for practice. "F", "R", "G", "I", and "EB" are mainly building generic basses from the past and putting a lot of money into artist endorsements and advertising and such. Nobody who knows anything are very interested in what they build today, unless they get an endorsement and free basses. Don't EVER go by what a big name artist is playing on stage if it came from a big manufacturer. Yeah, a few guys really do own good examples from generic vintage bass designs, but you DON'T see the modifications their luthiers have made and it's probably not what you pul of the rack at any music store. Many top artists INSIST that their bass or guitar be built by a ghost custom builder if they take an endorsement from a big manufacturer. No way are they taking what comes off the big production line these days. Spector doesn't have to do that to get artists to use their basses. Basses began undergoing a tremendous change in the 70's. Spector and other small companies are the ones putting out the nice basses today, and Spector does it at real world prices by using Czech Republic labor, which beats any large American manufacturer labor by quite a bit. The maple/alder/rosewood construction is still very traditional, but the electronics and better workmanship and optimized design beat the American vintage instruments of the past, not to mention the price. This rating applies to the Euro bolt-on as well as neck-thru basses. They are all the same build quality and I own examples from both camps. I own more Spectors that I bought with my own money than any other bass, so that says something.
